[MainstreetManagers] REMINDER: OPEN MEETING Listings with Secretary of State

Our city clerk submits them for us. I have gone in and out them in before,
but she just has me send her a list of our meetings and submits them. For
those who are required by the city, you might check to see if they do that
as well.
