[MainstreetManagers] Attention - Access to Main Street Documents

Hello Main Street Partners,



In the coming days, you will receive an email containing a direct link to our new Main Street Documents site. This site serves as the central location for all materials you may need or find helpful, including information on:

  *   Board Member guidance
  *   Design assistance
  *   Director resources
  *   Fundraising
  *   Volunteer development
  *   And many other Main Street–related topics



This new SharePoint site replaces the documents that previously lived in the Main Street Portal and was created to provide you with a much easier and more searchable user experience. You’ll now be able to quickly locate documents using the built‑in search feature—something the old portal did not support as well.



Accessing the Documents
The link you receive next week will require you to log in using the same email address where the invitation was sent.  After entering your email, you will receive a message indicating that a security code has been emailed to you. Entering this code completes the security check (sometimes referred to as two‑factor authentication).



Additional Access Option
You can also access these materials anytime from within the Main Street Portal, where the link to this new site is available.



Recommendation
For quick and easy ongoing access, we strongly recommend saving the site as a browser favorite/bookmark.



If you have any issues with access or do not receive the invitation, please let us know.
