[MainstreetManagers] Sublicense Agreement - Select and Designated Communities

Good afternoon,

You have probably noticed that your Trademark Sublicense Agreement was recently voided by Main Street America. The reason for this action is that the agreements did not identify Oklahoma as the legal jurisdiction, which is a requirement of the State of Oklahoma.

A revised agreement is currently being reviewed by Oklahoma Department of Commerce Legal Counsel and will be distributed as soon as that review is complete. Anna Schilling will send the new agreements through Adobe Sign.
