[MainstreetManagers] Important question for OK Main Street folks re: dispensaries. Need advice!

Hello fellow Main Street Directors and Managers!  I have a question about
accepting donations and/or sponsorship funds from Oklahoma dispensaries.
We have several in town and a few are wanting to become more community
involved.  There are questions about losing federal grants or funds if
accepting monies from dispensaries.  We are not making a call subjectively
and have no personal or conflict of interest regarding the nature of what
is considered a legitimate business that has been granted city occupancy.
Just a completely objective question about the issues it may cause
elsewhere.

I am open to anyone who has an opinion!  Please assist if you have a moment
with how your district has handled this delicate situation.
