Hi Jessica,

While somewhat new to the Main Street program, here is where we stand at
this time.

Community Size:   38,000
City Investment:  $60,000 ($30,000 at first with a $30,000 additional
amount based on matching funds)
City Investment:  In-kind would amount to about $10,000
% of Overall Budget:  Approximately 20% - 30%
Has remained about the same, although the matching amount is new

The City should always take ownership of a portion of the Downtown
revitalization program, after all it is the revitalization of the downtown
that creates the Heart and Soul of the community.
