I do not receive any benefits . I get a 10 days of vacation,  but they have been really understanding with recent issues of family health and needing to be off for that. This will be my 5th year of employment.

I had a quick question on benefits various Main Street programs offer. We’re on a fiscal year, and it’s time to start talking about budget/salary negotiations. So I’m wondering, how many of you have any sort of retirement (and is it matched, if so how much) and what your vacation/leave time is (specifically for those employed there less than 5 years). As of right now, Claremore does not offer retirement and employees of less than 5 years get two weeks of vacation annually, plus another 15 days of sick leave.
