[MainstreetTowns] Main Street Banquet

While I certainly understand the shape the State is in and that taxpayer
dollars need to be highly protected, I also believe these types of things
are vital to the organization.
With that in mind, what about a combination of things.
1) Raise the ticket price a bit to cover a portion of the cost. (Wouldn't
raise it to much as we need all the Main Street organizations to attend.)
2) Combine the awards dinner with a training session that day as well to
provide additional value for those traveling a long distance which is
nearly everyone.
3) ONLY allow Main Street Communities to host the banquet each year.
With all that said, Muskogee would GLADLY host the event and figure out how
to pull it off relieving the State of the entire burden.
