This is what we use.

 

 

Idabel Main Street, FEIN # 73-1541247, is recognized by the US Internal
Revenue Service as a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization, eligible to receive
tax-deductible gifts.  Donors receive neither goods nor services in
consideration of their gifts.  Idabel Main Street maintains complete control
over all gifts and their parts.
