The on-time rate for September was 88.9%.  The Main Street Program that did not submit a report were Duncan, McAlester and Tulsa Rt. 66.

Remember, submitting your reinvestment reports on time gets you 5 quality assurance points and missing three in a row gets you suspension from services until a reinvestment report is submitted.
