[MainstreetTowns] Business Recruitment, Expansion and Retention Plan

[Main Street Enid - Kelly Tompkins]

I'd like info on this also. Attached (if I attached the right ones) are
2-page and 8-page versions of our recruitment packet. These are to be
used by our development alliance, commercial real estate agents and the
City's retail consultant to help them do what they do. But I'd like to
be more pro-active. I'd also like our building owners to be more
pro-active about not having leaky roofs, making spaces unrentable. :)
