[MainstreetTowns] Vendor Policy

Does anyone have a policy regarding vendors at events?
Here's what we're dealing with - we host events almost monthly, and random
businesses want to come set up and hand out info about their businesses.
Our issue is that we only have space for 4-5 of these type of booths.
Additionally, we don't want our fun community events turning into an event
with just a bunch of business booths. Also - for the most part, the people
wanting to set up, don't support our organization. Anyone have this happen
with their events? Any advice?? Or examples of policies?
