[MainstreetTowns] Event Cancellations / Rescheduling?

Just curious, what is your Main Street's policy on cancelling/rescheduling
events? NMS has taken fire in the past for not rescheduling in the past due
to rainy weather and this weekend's possible weather outlook has me really
concerned as we have a children's event scheduled. I personally feel that
safety comes first but a few volunteers are saying "the show must go on."
