[MainstreetTowns] Shared Work Space Contracts

Hello, friends!  Our Development Authority is in the process of building out
a shared work space.  It will have a shared Board Room available as well.
I'm looking for contracts that would be used between the building owner and
the person renting the space, whether it be the work spaces or the Board
Room.  Any help at all would be appreciated!  Thanks!
