[MainstreetTowns] FW: Question for all

[Main Street Enid - Kelly Tompkins]

We only have security at 2 events. 

At Oktoberfest, I pay off-duty police $30/hour each to guard the
entrances/exits of where we have high-point beer and alcohol. They are
there in case anyone gets rowdy, but mostly to make sure no one leaves
the "consumption area" with alcohol. This helps keep the ABLE Commission
happy with me. 

We used to pay a private security company $20/hour, but they went out of
business. 

At Enid Lights Up the Plains, the police department provides several
officers because there are so many people.
