[MainstreetTowns] National Conference T-shirts

Hello everyone!  For those of you who are new, we normally have a National Conference T-shirt that everyone would wear at the open plenary session.  Larry used to make a contest out of this, but since it is coming up so quickly and Larry has departed to Colorado, we have decided to offer the T-shirt from last year.
