[MainstreetTowns] Political Question

As much as I avoid political everything, I have recently had discussions
with our head County Commissioner, City Attorney and others regarding
political booths at our events, free political speech, etc.

My opinion: If they were a team and participated just like every other
team, leave them in! The ones upset will get over it. Unless it was on
property that doesn't allow political campaigning - and even then, it
sounds like they weren't campaigning so I'd leave them in the photos.

I'm definitely not an attorney.

Posting their photos was not a political stance. They were posted with all the other event pics. So, now I've had someone reach out and say I need to delete the photos of the candidates because it looks as if we might be taking a political stance. The pictures were posted in an album. In no way were the ones of the candidates made to stand out.

I hesitate to take them down, because as someone who had a team in our event, their participation helped make our event successful. Additionally, one of the candidates running for office also owns a local radio station and does a ton of in-kind advertising for us. I certainly don't want to hurt our relationship.
