Hi Samantha, 

We paid FunFlicks a few years ago and the guy showed up a few hours late
due to a vehicle breakdown. Thankfully, we have a local guy to rent from
now instead. 

We pay for the license to play the movies in public, and it's a good
thing we do, because last year Universal actually called the City to
make sure it was paid! 

I've paid for the license through Swank, but I think you also can
through Criterion Pictures or MPLC (Motion Picture Licensing
Corporation).
