[MainstreetTowns] Facade Grants & Murals

Does anyone incorporate or allow façade grant funds to be used for murals?
We had a discussion about this at our Design Meeting this morning.  If your
community does this, I’d love to see examples of your rules/regs/façade
grant info/etc.  Thanks!!
