[MainstreetTowns] Farmers Markets and SNAP benefits

Good Morning.

I was in Altus on Thursday and met one of the community specialists for ONIE (Oklahoma Nutrition Information and Education Project) - they handle SNAP benefits for DHS.  ....

They are trying to help encourage Farmers Markets get set up with the ability to take SNAP Benefits to increase access and availability of fresh whole foods to low-income populations.

I know several of you have already been in contact with ONIE but I wanted to pass her contact information along in case you have questions about it or have questions from people who run the farmers markets in your areas. :)
