[MainstreetTowns] 2018 Main Street Banquet invites and other information

Gooood morning!

Attached is the email version(s) of the invitation to the Annual Main Street Awards Banquet scheduled to be held
Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at the Embassy Suites Downtown OKC Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Okla.
The theme this year is "Main Street: Where Everybody Knows Your Name" - and was graciously provided by Main Street Altus!  Thank you so much!
Your printed invitations will be in the mail today.

Also attached is the RSVP spreadsheet. Please use this form to submit the names of your attendees to Okmulgee Main Street.

The following are suggestions for potential invitees:
*         Yourself and your spouse or significant other
*         VIPs in city government (mayor, city manager, city councilors)
*         Award nominees from your community
*         Board members, committee chairs and volunteers

Please be sure to invite your legislators. Work with any towns that share your legislators to ensure you are not paying for them twice.  If something happens at the last minute, and they cannot make the banquet, you may bring someone else in their place.  We are often asked whether you are responsible for paying for their spouse (and/or children) and that is your decision.

The RSVP deadline to your local community is April 20th.
