[MainstreetTowns] Main Street Banquet online invite version

Good afternoon.

Due to delays with the printer ....we are running behind getting your invitations out to you.

So... here is an online version to get you started.  If you have requested printed invites, it has been noted and once we receive them, they will go out immediately. If you haven't already asked for printed copies, let us know.

The following are suggestions for potential invitees:
*         Yourself and your spouse or significant other
*         VIPs in city government (mayor, city manager, city councilors)
*         Award nominees from your community
*         Board members, committee chairs and volunteers

Please be sure to invite your legislators and work with any towns that share your legislators to ensure you are not paying for them twice.  If something happens at the last minute, and they cannot make the banquet, you may bring someone else in their place.  We are often asked whether you are responsible for paying for their spouse (and/or children) and that is your decision.

Attached is an RSVP sheet. Please use that form to submit the names of your attendees to Ponca City Main Street.

The RSVPs from your invitees are due in YOUR OFFICE by April 12.  The RSVP spreadsheet and money are due to Ponca City Main Street by April 19.
