[MainstreetTowns] 501(c)3 Use

The community of Newkirk is wanting to build an amphitheater and has a
group of individuals that has already started this process. This group
would like to use our 501(c)3 to apply for grants. Has your Main Street
done anything like this? If so, did you use a Memorandum of Understanding
or bring them in as a committee? Are there pros/cons or any examples
available?
