Duncan elected a new Mayor who will join Council on May 3rd. We were discussing what other communities our size have as far as a checklist for Code Complaisance Inspection/Occupancy Permit Inspection.

I think I remember Schaun saying Cherokee does all their inspections together with a general check list. Further, if there were check lists business owners could review prior to beginning construction then that would be wonderful.

Also, does anyone have examples (sq ft, cost to build, maintenance contracts, etc.) from building public restrooms downtown?
