I am reaching out to see if each of you would be willing to complete the survey attached below. The goal of this survey is to gather information from our programs across the state to compile it into a summarized format that we could use as an advocacy tool when seeking funding for our organizations, compensation for directors, or seeking ways to diversify revenues for programming.
