Hi Kay!

I’m afraid I am of little help. We just found out we were a main street
down about 5 days ago so we are in the same boat trying to navigate all of
these questions as well.

 I do happen to have someone coming by to see me today who was part of
Okemah’s Main Street program. I was going to ask him a bunch of questions.

If you want, I’ll ask him this question (feel free to send me more you
might have) and I will get all of the info I learn from him back to you via
email.
