I just moved back to Oklahoma  from NW Houston and Hill Country Texas after 20 years away.  The weather is freaking 'banana boat' and I do not remember it being quite this way!

I’m afraid I am of little help. We just found out we were a main street down about 5 days ago so we are in the same boat trying to navigate all of these questions as well.
 I do happen to have someone coming by to see me today who was part of Okemah’s Main Street program. I was going to ask him a bunch of questions.
