[Nclb-rfp] Submitting Proposals for the 2003 No Child Left Behind Title II, Part A (formerly Eisenhower)

When submitting your proposals electronically this year for No Child Left Behind Title II, Part A grants, please submit your proposal in ONE (1) Word file or TWO (2) files at the most.  You could have the text in Word and the budget in Excel or if you want to place it all in Word.  That would work best to have it all in one file.

DO NOT SEND SEPARATE FILES FOR DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF YOUR PROPOSAL.

Also, make sure that your budget form reflects just the amount you are requesting from the State Regents.  Do not include any in-kind contributions or other funding in the budget form.  Your budget spreadsheet could have other columns showing funding from other sources, but we must be able to see the budget for the amount you are requesting for the grant.

These things will make easier for the reviewers as well as the office staff when processing the proposals.  Thanks.
