[Nclb] NCLB 2004 Proposals

To 2003 NCLB Project Directors:

All 2003 NCLB grants were for 1 year only.  These were not multi-year
grants; therefore, you must submit another proposal for 2004 if you wish
to compete for funding.

Please be sure to follow the 2004 Request for Proposals (RFP) guidelines
to prepare a new proposal.

Proposals are due by Friday, October 31, 2003.
