URL: http://lists.onenet.net/pipermail/nocupdates/attachments/20100209/cbf00a27/attachment.html From aragusa at grnoc.iu.edu Wed Feb 17 15:02:17 2010 From: aragusa at grnoc.iu.edu (AJ Ragusa) Date: Wed, 17 Feb 2010 16:02:17 -0500 Subject: [Nocupdates] New Documentation posted Message-ID: <513CC5FE-98DD-4A83-B839-E088F722AB58@grnoc.iu.edu> Hi Everyone I've got some new documentation posted on https://docs.noc.onenet.net I updated the first Document, "Software as a Service" which provides contact information for the GRNOC, this includes after hours support. I also posted a Simple Circuit Populator document which describes the process for the simple circuit populator. Currently it is disabled in the database, we need to discuss circuit names a little more before we can enable this. This should give an idea of how the Simple Circuit Populator can be used to help document your network. I will be out of town and probably not have a lot of access to a computer, if you have any issues or questions feel free to send an email to systems-support at tick-indy.globalnoc.iu.edu or globalnoc at iu.edu If there is a critical outage at any time (radius/nagios/DB die or services stop) please call the NOC at 317-274-7788 to get ahold of the OnCall System Support Engineer.
