Hi Everyone

I've got some new documentation posted on https://docs.noc.onenet.net

I updated the first Document, "Software as a Service" which provides contact information for the GRNOC, this includes after hours support.

I also posted a Simple Circuit Populator document which describes the process for the simple circuit populator.  Currently it is disabled in the database, we need to discuss circuit names a little more before we can enable this.  This should give an idea of how the Simple Circuit Populator can be used to help document your network.
