[Nocupdates] SNAPP Maintenance

Hi Everyone

We are currently doing a fairly large maintenance on SNAPP.  With the help of Brian and Frank we are getting a larger set of disks to work with We are also upgrading to SNAPP 3.0.  While we do this maintenance, expect for SNAPP data to be unavailable this includes the data that is displayed in the Atlas.  

We hope to have this maintenance complete fairly soon. I will send out an email when everything is complete, and include some documentation on the new system.
