[NSFMSP] FW: MSP Potential Conflicts

Those that submitted a Letter of Intent to NSF regarding the NSF MSP
received the following letter (see below).
TO clarify, the statewide comprehensive will not include those LEAs who are
participating in another partnership proposal.
It may be helpful, if you are planning on submitting a targeted proposal to
NSF, to list the LEAs with whom you are partnering on this list serve. This
would help with communication and ensure that no LEA is listed in more than
one proposal and disqualify your proposal.
