[OACADA] Participation Requested: Oklahoma Academic Advising & Burnout (Approved Research Study)

Dear Oklahoma Academic Advisors:
Our research team is investigating burnout among academic advisors and is
requesting your input. Please share widely with your colleagues throughout
Oklahoma.
The purpose of this study is to identify factors which influence the level
of burnout within the profession, and your participation is integral to the
success of this research study. We hope that our findings yield
recommendations that improve various aspects of your working conditions as
an academic advisor. Implications of this study involve areas such as
financial compensation, caseload, and professional autonomy.
This study has been approved by the Northeastern State University
Institutional Review Board and includes a consent form. All responses will
remain anonymous.
