Dear COI and CEP Administrators,

The 2010-2011 CEP (including pdf files) is now available at okcoursetransfer.org.

In the event that you find a mistake for courses at your campus, please be advised these modifications can be submitted during AVP Round I (beginning in late August 2010).  These can be submitted by academic vice-presidents directly to Erin (vs. uploading them onto the database).  I will send an email when we are ready to begin this process.  Please do not submit your changes now and all changes must be approved by the academic vice-president.

At this time, we cannot make any further changes to the 2010-2011 CEP (save for transcription errors) as this was the edition approved by your campus, COI and the State Regents.  Again, we can those changes during AVP I.

As a reminder, these groups will meet at the September 23, 2010 CEP Faculty Meetings:  Child Development, Music, Info Systems, Computer Science, American Sign Language, History and Accounting.  Computer Science and Info Systems will need to convene at 10 am (in addition to the regular 1 pm meeting time) to address courses to be added onto the Technical Crosswalk.  It is important to these disciplines that each campus send a CS/IS faculty member to both meetings.

Please prepare all attending faculty now: A new feature of the CEP Faculty Meetings is that each campus bring a copy of the courses' syllabi (including listed reading materials) -- 25 copies should be plenty.

Finally, don't forget the September 23 @ UCO is also our COI meeting.
