	Gina Wekke with the Oklahoma State Regents’ Office asked me to post a question to the OACRAO list regarding the new In-State/Out-of-State Policy draft (#11) which is scheduled to be voted upon at the April State Regents’ meeting and become final policy after that.

	 

	Her question:  Are there any issues or concerns if the effective date of the policy is Fall 2010?  

	 

	Would you please respond to her directly and, if you wish, copy the list serve?  Her email address is gwekke at osrhe.edu.
