[Oacrao-l] Copying Military ID, Permanent Resident Cards and Naturalization Papers

Hello, Melissa.  We copy an incoming student's permanent resident card as well as verification of their naturalization.  We currently do not copy military IDs.

Does anyone make copies of the above referenced information to document their student’s file?  If not, how do you handle verification that they are in the military, a permanent resident or a naturalized citizen?
