[Oacrao-l] Copies of Transcripts

We do not release a transcript from another institution unless there are
grave circumstances involved...ie. the first institution has gone out of
business, is the only circumstance when we have released a previously
issued transcript.

At OSU-OKC we do not allow students to do this.  Our policy is that once
it is submitted to us, it becomes ours and we do not release them.
