[Oacrao-l] Database for recruiting communications

We use POISE a.k.a. Jenzabar PX for our campus ERP and it has an Admissions module that our admissions and recruiting personnel use.  We have worked with the software provider to customize some things for us, and we really like it.  With any new system there is a learning curve and growing pains, but things are running smoothly now.

All,

We have been notified by College Board that the Recruitment Plus database we use to communicate with prospective students will be discontinued on October 31, 2013.  We are exploring options for a replacement system, and I would like to know what system others are using to manage the communications  flow to prospective students.  Would you please reply back and let me know:

*         What system you use

*         Your satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the system

*         Anything else you think would be helpful for us to know
