[Oacrao-l] catalog dates

ECU's catalog is published during the summer to go into effect each
fall.  It is used as a text book for our incoming students in their
Freshman Seminar course.

Could you tell me when your catalog is published each year?  Is it
published at the time school begins in August or in early Spring?
