[Oacrao-l] Award degree years later

We would award the year in which he/she completed the requirements.
Question 2: if the student met all of the requirements for the other degree, we would allow them to change their program and petition for the awarding of the new degree, and again for the semester that the student completed the requirements.

We have a student whose degree was never awarded because we never received his transcript from a college from which he transferred a course.  The transcript has since been received and the student is requesting that his degree be awarded.  Would you award based on when he actually completed or require them to file to be part of the current graduating class?

And yet another fun scenario to consider.  Student declared a business major but did not fulfill the requirements for that program.  However, in reviewing their file they would have completed the requirements for another program.  Student is now requesting to graduate under new program.  Same question.  Would you award based on their original enrollment or require them to file to be part of the current graduating class?

I just love this time of year!  All of the outrageous situations are posed!
