Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in a related field and three years' experience in enrollment management and/or admission functions. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in a related field and five years full-time, progressively responsible and successful experience in an admissions office at an accredited institution, including supervisory experience at the director or associate /assistant level in an admissions office in higher education. Successful experience in recruitment and outreach programs. Experience working with deadlines, development of campus programs, staff development, and knowledge of current student trends. I believe that HIPPA dictates that none of this information can be housed in the academic file.
