I have a couple of hopefully quick questions that I would truly appreciate 
your responses:

Does your institution require SSN for application/admission purposes?

If Yes, how do you inform students of the SSN disclosure?

If Yes, how do you process applications for students with no SSN, or who 
do not wish to provide?
