Hi,Stranger Bob,

Here's where Todd went.   A good opportunity for him, but the golf courses are more expensive, so there's ups and downs.

I have accepted a Business Analyst II position with the State Regents Office in Athens, Georgia. While that sounds rather vague and dry at the same time, I will be basically the DegreeWorks person for all 31 institutions in the state of Georgia. I will be training individuals on programming the software, retraining individuals when turnover occurs, and also serving as a liaison for the institutions in reporting defects to SunGard. I'm looking forward to the increased responsibility and the focus on my first love, degree audit issues.

For those who attended OACRAO last week, you already know about this, but I wanted to throw this out there to the listserv in case anyone might be interested.

We currently have an Associate Registrar - Degree Certification position open (Todd Milam's old position), and we're continuing to receive applications.  Hopefully soon, I'll also be advertising for a more technical-based position that will oversee our Imaging area as well as be familiar with coding methods, database administration, coordinating data linking & extraction, and overall technical support.  The title is yet to be settled on, but if anyone is interested, please be aware it's coming soon!
