[Oacrao-l] 2013-2014 Course Equivalency Project (CEP)

Greetings!  I am writing to let you know that the 2013-2014 Course Equivalency Project (CEP) has been posted to the OSRHE website: http://www.okhighered.org/transfer-students/course-transfer.shtml.

I have attached two documents which include the changes that were made to the CEP this cycle so that updates can be made in your institutions' database systems.  The information included in the two documents is the same; however, the information in one of the documents is sorted by institution and in the other it is sorted by discipline.  (I have also attached a document which includes a key to the institutional abbreviations used in the CEP).

Please help spread the word on your campus regarding these updates, which have been applied to this year's CEP.

NOTE: two new disciplines have been added to the CEP this year-Engineering Technology and Environmental Sciences.


I call your attention to the following descriptions in the attached documents:

"Update/Modify" refers to a course number, title or prefix that has been changed.  The information in these documents is the corrected information which appears in the final published document.

"New" refers to a course which has been added to the CEP for the first time.

"Request for Deletion" refers to a course which does not appear in the final published CEP document.


Please direct any questions regarding this message or the CEP to Mr. Proffer.
