[Oacrao-l] International student who already holds a bachelor’s degree

We have an incoming student who completed a bachelor’s degree at the University of Ghana who is wanting to pursue a second bachelor’s degree with our institution.  The question has been raised as to whether or not the student should have to complete any general education courses being that he already holds a degree.
