[Oacrao-l] Question for those of you with concurrent/dual enrolled students

We are trying.  :) We just made the switch this year and it has been difficult.  I am hoping it gets easier as students and faculty/staff realize and understand the process.

We (OCCC) view their student email account as an official line of communication from the institution. But we (Recruitment & Admissions) also use their secondary email for recruiting purposes during and after they are enrolled concurrently.

Do you require your concurrent/dual credit students to use your university domain assigned e-mail account?  Assuming so, how do you continue to communicate with them as a prospective post-secondary student?
