Good afternoon, David,
Yes - we have one person who oversees all graduation requirements.  Now - that being said, we have collegiate advisors and associate deans who sign off on the graduation check before it gets to our office, so my person checks number of hours, grades for the term, gpa requirements for each student, and if there is a question, shoots it back to the associate dean of the college.  He then performs the graduation process for each student, prints and mails the diplomas, puts together the list of graduates for the commencement program and responds to all degree verifications for this office and Degree Verify with NSC.
His title is Graduation Specialist.

Greetings, colleagues!  I have a question for you on this fine day.  Can you tell me if there is a staff member or group of staff in your office whose sole function is to confirm that a student has fulfilled the academic requirements for their program?  Is so, what is the title of that person or area?
