USAO does not allow withdrawal on the day a student takes the final exam.
The last day a student can withdraw is the end of the 12 week of the
trimester.

 I am trying to get a count how many 2 year and 4 year institutions allow
students to withdraw on the day they take their final exam for the semester?

I would greatly appreciate it if I could possible get some type of count by
Friday at Noon.
