I am personally familiar with them through conferences with NAFSA.  They are a good company.  OU Norman campus does not require a transcript evaluation but if we receive an evaluation from Spantran (and WES for that matter) that includes a copy of the original transcript we will use it for admission purposes and  place a hold for an official transcript.

Spantran is located in Texas.
