Our Office of Student Affairs houses the immunization records for students.  To my knowledge, we have never housed them in the Registrar’s Office.

We are updating our information on Immunization and was wondering were the other institutions file the students Immunization records?  Do you file in with their admission or if they are housing students in their housing files?
